About Us
TEAM DIVE PASSION
Ben Cadet is one of the pioneers of scuba diving in Mauritius, with over 39 years of experience beneath the surface. A true expert of the East Coast, Ben invites you to discover the exceptional marine life of this region, which he knows better than anyone.
In fact, back in 1990, Ben played a key role in developing and mapping out some of Belle Mare’s most iconic dive sites, including:
Japanese Garden, The Aquarium, The Castle, Gorgonian Forest, Long Cliff, and Gorgonian Valley.
Over the course of his career, Ben has created and managed six dive centers across the island. Today, he brings all that knowledge and passion into his latest venture: Dive Passion Mauritius.

For Ben, diving is more than a sport — it’s a human adventure, rooted in sharing, passion, and discovery.

The East coast of the island is surrounded by a magnificent lagoon. The passages leading to the open seas are rich in plankton and attract a huge variety of sea creatures.The Channel in Belle Mare is without doubt one of the most beautiful spots on the Island.

Dive location is in the surrounding area of the Bellemare Pass.
We have 4 Dive leaders and we aim to do little groups of 4-5 maximum.
3 Dives per day, Qualified Divers at 8h30 and 10h30 and beginners at 9h30.
The East Coast has a majestic underwater Topography with a healthy Flora. The Fauna can be very Diversified with a good activity.
